By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our services are diverse and therefore Additional terms or additional product requirements (including age requirements) may sometimes apply. For certain services, there are Additional Terms and Conditions in case you use these Services, these Additional Terms and Conditions are part of the Agreement between you and the site.

Use of our services

You must comply with all policies available within the services.

Do not use the Services inappropriately. For example, do not attempt to influence the Services or access to them in any other way than through the interface and instructions provided by us. You may use the Services only in accordance with the law, including laws and regulations. Using the Services does not grant you any intellectual property rights to them or access to the content. The terms and conditions do not grant you the right to use the trademark or logo within the Services.

Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, such as implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-violation of legal provisions. Subject to the provisions of the law, we exclude all warranties.

Responsibility for our services

To the extent permitted by law, suppliers and distributors are not liable for any loss of profit, income or data for financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, model or punitive losses.

To the extent permitted by law, the general responsibility of our company, its suppliers and distributors for any complaints based on these general terms and conditions, including all implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid for using the services, or, at our option, limited to the fact that you get again providing you Services.

In any case, the site, its suppliers and its distributors are not responsible for any loss or damage that cannot be predicted.

We are aware that in some countries you may have legal rights as a consumer. When using the Services for personal purposes, none of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any Additional Terms and Conditions do not limit the consumer’s legal rights, cannot be rejected under the contract.
